We Are Global!
Most of the visitors to the Nutmeg web site are from the U.S. of course. But we have also had visits from people in some two dozen countries, including Australia, New Zealand, India, South Africa, Germany, France, Cote d'Ivoire, Spain, Turks and Caicos, and Ukraine.
Membership in the Nutmeg Woodturners League is open to anyone interested in
woodturning—from beginner to expert. You're welcome to attend one or two regular meetings at no charge. Dues are $30 per year. Meetings are held on the second Monday of every other month.

The club is a local chapter of the American Association of Woodturners (AAW). We encourage our members to also join the AAW and the Brookfield Craft Center. However, membership in these organizations is not required.

Our Longstanding Home
We meet at the Turning Center at the Brookfield Craft Center, on Whisconier Road in Brookfield, Connecticut. Click on the map for directions. We also offer special meetings, usually online via Zoom, and often in conjunction with other clubs.
The Turning Center is housed in a renovated train station across the street from the Craft Center's main building. Inside are six fully equipped turning stations and a lathe connected to cameras and monitors for demonstrations.
